When you submit a quote request we collect the information on the form: name, email, phone, city, home size, generator interest, timeline, outage concerns, and any message you add. We also record the consent language you agreed to, the date and time of your submission, and technical details such as your IP address where available.
We use your information to review your request and, with your consent, share it with one local generator installer so they can contact you about a quote. We may contact you ourselves about your request (for example, a confirmation email).
If you checked the consent box, the installer we connect you with may contact you by phone, text, and email about your quote. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We keep quote records, including consent records, so we can show who agreed to what and when. To ask us to delete your information or stop any further sharing, reply to any email we sent you and ask — we will honor it and tell the installer we shared it with.
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
